We welcome both appointments and walk-ins! Booking ahead is always encouraged so we can ensure a stylist is fully dedicated to you, but you’re always welcome to stop by.

There’s no fee to book. However, we do keep a card on file — if you no-show without canceling at least 48 hours in advance, a fee will be charged.

Bridal appointments typically last 1 hour and 15 minutes, giving you plenty of time to explore different looks without feeling rushed.

Our gowns range from $1,200 to $4,000, with most brides finding their perfect dress right in the middle of that range.

All special order gowns are final sale.

We do not offer in-house alterations. However, we provide a list of trusted seamstresses we highly recommend to our brides.

Alteration costs vary depending on what needs to be done. Your seamstress will be able to provide an estimate once they’ve seen your gown and discussed your needs.

We suggest beginning alterations about 6–8 weeks before your wedding day.

Since we do not have in-house alterations, we cannot accept gowns purchased elsewhere.

Not at all — seamstresses are used to making adjustments for brides whose bodies change throughout the engagement. That’s what alterations are for!

Sample gowns vary in size, but we try to offer a wide selection. Stylists can use clips to help you envision your perfect fit.

Sample sale gowns must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Yes, we are happy to store your gown safely until you’re ready for it.
